In 2017, founder and president, Jason Bathon, wanted to bring his passion for gaming and computers to life by opening a custom build and repair shop in Salina KS (676 S Ohio St). Sales grew quickly as there was a huge need for quality repairs and gaming peripherals. In 2019, Jason left his full-time job and began working for JAB IT LLC full-time. In 2021, JAB IT LLC opened its second location at 2680 Planet Ave. Currently JAB IT LLC is a local, veteran owned business which consists of four core groups; Computers, Protection, Managed IT, and Consulting.
JABIT Computers is the ultimate destination for gaming and computer equipment. JAB IT Computers can upgrade or repair existing computers and laptops as well as build complete custom computers including open water cooling loops for the GPU and CPU. JAB IT Computers stocks hundreds of motherboards, CPU’s, GPU’s, RAM, power supplies, SSD’s, HDD’s, NVMe SSD’s, keyboards, mice, monitors, and accessories as well as large assortment of workstation PC’s and laptops. JAB IT Computers also performs most repairs on consoles, tables, and phones.
JABIT Protection provides Central Kansas and beyond with quality security equipment, professionally installed, at reasonable rates. Salina and Central Kansas was in dire need of a protection company which installs new, technologically-advanced security systems and installers you can depend on to get the job done. JABIT Protection can install alarm systems, surveillance systems, access control, wellness devices, home theater systems, smart AV, conference room AV, renewable energy systems (solar or wind), and more.
JABIT Managed IT is designed for small to medium business customers which cannot or do not have an on staff IT person or team. JABIT Managed IT can assist with disaster preparedness and recovery, networks and servers, user onboarding and deboarding, domain control and permissions, Network Attached Storage (NAS), cyber security, ransomware protection, email security and so much more.
JABIT Consulting can bring your company to the next level with strategic marketing, branding, websites, logo design, social media branding, advertising, and strategic planning. Meet Our Technicians
Jason Bathon
Founder and President
After completing his MBA in 2008, Jason went into industrial sales and was a successful Regional Sales Manager. In 2017 Jason decided to branch out express his passion for computers and gaming by starting his own custom PC build and repair shop. In 2019 Jason left his full-time job and started working for JAB IT LLC full time. Jason has more than 15 years of sales and service experience and loves to solve problems for his clients.
Zach Griffith
Assistant Manager
Zach is a Salina native and attended Central High School and Kansas Wesleyan University where he achieved two degrees in computer forensics and criminal justice. His early interest in computers and captivation in criminal behavior urged him to continue is career path with those fields with JAB IT LLC. Zach’s continued excellence and professionalism were directly responsible for his promotion to Assistant Manager and JAB IT LLC is proud to have his expertise in computer hardware and security.
Dalton Becker
Technician II
Dalton is a Salina native who went to Salina South and continued his education with Kansas University where he earned certificates in engineering and material science. Prior to coming onboard the JAB IT Crew, Dalton worked as a feel service technician traveling around the country repairing, installing, and servicing electrical transformers. Dalton has a passion for computers and gaming and decided to bring that passion to the team.
Michael Lamia
MSP Account Manager
Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT field and has been with JAB IT LLC since 2020. Over his career path, Michael has been a repair technician, a network administrator, network analyst, and computer repair business owner.
Michael has an associates degree from Cloud County Community College and a Computer Networking Certificate from Brown Mackie. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Michael is well versed in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Servers as well as VMware Virtual Infrastructures and Cisco Network switching equipment. He is currently studying for the CCT certification or Cisco Certified Technician.
In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his teenage children, watching movies and TV, playing video games and gathering for LAN gaming with his computer friends.
Colyn Burke
Technician I
Colyn completed South High School in 2021 with an emphasis on Computers and Networking and joined the JAB IT LLC Team in July of 2021. Colyn is excited to be part of such a terrific team of professionals.
